二、个人简介
甄伟，毕业于中国科学院大学，深圳大学博士后。浙江财经大学经济学院副研究员，硕士生导师。
研究方向为资源与环境政策、投入产出分析，领域涉及碳中和分析、产业低碳化发展、区域可持续发展等。先后主持国家级课题、省部级课题等5项。在《Environmental& Resource Economics》《EcologicalEconomics》、《Energy Economics》、《Energy Policy》等期刊发表论文20余篇。
